Terms & Conditions

I. MANNING AGREEMENT:
Between PT. SEAFARINDO Crew Manning Agency & Principals / Ship Owner / Crew Management

II. PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
Based on MLC 2006, Company Policy, Principals Rules & Regulation, Job Position, and Principals Demand or Inquiry.

III. PRINCIPAL/SHIP OWNER/CREW MANAGEMENT PROVIDES:
- Insurances;
- Letter of Employment;
- Visa's and PCR Reimbursement;
- Seafarers Contract or Working Agreement;
- Scheduling for Placement and Deployment.

IV. PT SEA FARINDO CREWING AGENCY RESPONSIBLE & PROVIDES:
- Letter of Guarantee;
- Promotion and Recruitment;
